Kim resides in Lawrenceburg with her husband Greg and their daughter Addison. She joined the Association in August, 1995, and is the Meeting & Convention Coordinator.

Kim is responsible for scheduling the continuing education classes, district meetings, the Mid-Winter Conference, and State Convention dates and locations, as well as booking speakers and entertainers for those and various other off-site meetings throughout the year. She also handles all aspects of registration for the classes and meetings. She works closely with hotel representatives to ensure that the appropriate accommodations and details are arranged. Kim is responsible for annual membership renewals, website maintenance, scholarship applications, she is custodian for the KFD Political Action Committee and she assists the Comptroller with the association's accounts receivables and payables.
