Booth Rental rates are $585 per booth if paid by May 5, 2017. If payment is made after May 5, 2017, the rate is $600 per booth. The booths are 10 feet deep. Frontage may be purchased in multiples of 10 feet (10' minimum).

Automobile spaces are rented by unit and will be at the rate of $600 for the first vehicle, $470 for the second vehicle and $100 for each additional vehicle per exhibiting company.

The rate includes the use of the booth during the entire convention period, standard booth partitions (8' high at back, 3' dividers between booths), standard exhibit hall lighting and watchmen service in the exhibit hall. There will be NO REFUND if contract is cancelled after May 26, 2017.

EXHIBIT POLICY

The Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky (FDAK) reserves the right to prohibit the use of exhibit space at its Annual State Convention and Mid-West Regional Funeral Trade Show by any entity or individual for the direct or indirect purpose of acquiring funeral homes or recruiting employees, as determined at the sole discretion of the Exhibit Committee. The FDAK Exhibit Committee will review all exhibition contract applications to determine if the potential exhibitor "may detract from the general character of the show." FDAK determines the eligibility of any company or product(s) for exhibition in the FDAK Exhibit Hall. Until an exhibitor's application has been accepted by FDAK in writing, no rights to exhibit are granted.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once we approve your contract, order forms for freight handling, furniture and carpet, and for booth cleaning will be sent by our Convention Decorator, George E. Fern Company. If you have any questions, you may contact them at (502) 367-0254.  You DO NOT need the booth number to order - we will notify them of your booth number once they have been assigned.
